Website purpose and project terms
This website presents ThreadToCreate's bespoke hand-embroidery services to business customers. These terms concern use of the website. Portfolio images, descriptions and indicative timelines illustrate our work and are not binding quotations. Specifications, sample approval, prices, payment, delivery, customs, cancellations and complaint handling are agreed separately for each project. An enquiry alone does not place an order.
Designs and intellectual property
Our portfolio shows embroidery made by Ronak Industries. Some images elsewhere on the website are AI-generated illustrations. Third-party image sources are credited where the images appear.
Rights in photographs, designs, logos and other protected content remain with their respective rights holders. Reuse requires the necessary permission or another lawful basis. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to reproduce protected designs. References to third-party brands do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Only send materials you are entitled to share for the requested work. Sending us a design does not transfer ownership or give us permission to publish it. Any licence needed to carry out a project, confidentiality arrangements and permission to display completed work are agreed separately.
Responsible use and accuracy
Do not interfere with the website, introduce harmful software or use it for unlawful purposes. We aim to keep information accurate and current; please confirm project-critical details with us. Displayed colours and textures may vary with photography and screen settings; agreed specifications and approved samples govern the project.
External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights where this is prohibited by applicable law.
Contact and changes
Questions or rights concerns can be sent to threadtocreate@gmail.com. For a rights complaint, identify the relevant content and explain your concern so we can review it promptly. Changes to these website terms do not alter an existing project agreement unless separately agreed.
