Responsibility and contact
Ronak Industries, trading as ThreadToCreate, is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Address: 96 Tank Pakhadi Road, Byculla West, Mumbai 400011, India. For privacy requests or complaints, email threadtocreate@gmail.com.
Website hosting and analytics
We use Cloudflare Pages to host and protect this website and Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate usage and performance statistics. Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including IP addresses. Web Analytics uses a browser script; according to Cloudflare, it uses no analytics cookies or local storage. Details: Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Service Terms.
Email and WhatsApp enquiries
There is no contact form or embedded messaging widget. The email link opens your configured email application. The WhatsApp link opens an external WhatsApp service. Clicking either link does not automatically send us a message.
We use Gmail to receive email and WhatsApp Business to communicate with customers. If you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, business, contact details, project requirements, messages and attachments. We use it to answer your enquiry, discuss samples, prepare quotations and manage the resulting business relationship. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need sufficient details to respond. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise unrelated advertising.
Google and WhatsApp process information under their applicable service arrangements. See the Google Privacy Policy, WhatsApp Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business App Privacy Policy. You can contact us by email instead of WhatsApp.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process information to operate and secure the website, understand aggregate usage, respond to enquiries, manage projects, maintain necessary business records and handle legal claims. Applicable Indian data protection requirements apply to the extent they are in force and relevant.
Where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(f) supports our legitimate interests in reliable website operation, proportionate analytics, communication with business representatives and protecting legal claims, subject to the required balancing of interests. Article 6(1)(b) applies to requested pre-contractual steps or contracts where you personally are the contracting party. Where consent is legally required, Article 6(1)(a) applies. Article 6(1)(c) applies only to obligations under applicable EU or Member State law. Simply visiting the website or sending an enquiry is not blanket consent.
Recipients and international services
Access within our business is limited to people who need the information for their work. Relevant information may also be shared with the providers described above and, where necessary, delivery providers, professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
Our service providers operate internationally and may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Their linked privacy notices describe their international processing and transfer arrangements. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an order, including emails, WhatsApp messages and attachments, are deleted from records under our control no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact, or sooner if no longer needed. Relevant records may be kept longer where necessary for a legal obligation or a specific legal claim.
For enquiries that become projects, we keep the necessary records through completion and resolution of outstanding matters, and thereafter only for applicable tax, accounting or other legal retention periods, or specific legal claims. Provider-held technical data and backup copies follow the relevant provider's retention and deletion processes. Deleting a message from our records does not delete the recipient's copy.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Where the GDPR applies, you also have rights to restriction and portability under the relevant conditions, to object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation, and to object to direct marketing at any time. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may complain to a competent data protection authority, including, where the GDPR applies, in the EU country of your habitual residence, workplace or an alleged infringement. Additional rights may arise under other applicable laws. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and may request proportionate identity verification.
Security and updates
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information we handle. We do not use enquiry information for advertising profiling or solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We update this policy when our services, practices or legal obligations change; an update does not replace any separately required notice or consent.
