Your first swatch, on us.

Your first embroidery swatch is free, including sampling and delivery, with no obligation to place an order. Send us your idea; we’ll agree the swatch details together, make and send it, then discuss a possible collaboration.

    Development

    Designers choose from our pattern library or share moodboards. Each embroidery is developed exclusively for the project.

    Design & Timeline

    After approval of the sample, we receive sewing patterns or measurements. Our graphic designers draw the exact placement of the embroidery for you to choose from. We then confirm the delivery date and estimated budget.

    Production

    On-time precision production by hand begins. Transparent updates help you plan your couture fittings.

    Quality Control

    An independent team carefully inspects each embroidery before it leaves our premises. Before shipping, you receive photos and a video for final approval.

    Documentation

    We track your order digitally and physically archive the embroidery samples for 12 months, so the embroidery can be revisited for a follow-up order without starting from scratch.
